华为面试英语测试必背问题
1,what’s your english name,please?
----女 HR,名字叫 ALICE 类似的,太吵了,在食堂外面面的试,听不大
清楚,
但是感觉是个很不错的 HR,相当 nice

------这个必然要准备的。。。我就直接给背出来了
3 , where are you from? which city? what is it famous for? Have it
developed
during the last years?
------这是一类问题的,还是需要点准备;这个最 faint,我居然只能想起我
们家乡
的面条有名了。。估计是因为买了拌饭,还想吃学苑的面条导致我耿耿
于怀
4,what is a typical day in your university?
------这个也得想一下。。。
5,what’s your hobby...? what do you like doing in your spare time?
基本就是这些问题了,其实还是很简单的,华为的英文面每一次都是基
本相同的问题。。。电话 10 分钟左右,英语交谈的时间估计是 8 分钟左右,
估计本来有更多问题的,不过我每个问题都 debodebo 说了一大堆,估计
HR 也无语了,现在觉得自己是不是有点说多了,我一用英语交谈就很激
动。。。sigh。。。
最后 HR 给了我建议,说我的英语很 smooth,但是发音 chinglish,,要
多和外国人联系发音才能够 standard...这样的话英语就 perfect 了。。。这
是在安慰我呢。。。
我为各位整理出英文面试最常见的五大问题,并且提醒各位一些回答的
技巧,希望大家能针对这些问题多演练,当成练习英文面试的重点。
华为面试英语测试最常见问题
问题一:Could you please describe yourself?(能否请你形容一下自己?)
这个问题,一来是想要了解你是什么样的人,二来是想看看你是否知道
如何重点式地自我简介。 在回答时,要针对应征工作的性质来凸显自己的特
色,可以多用形容词,并且引用过去的工作经验,但是不必提及公司组织的
名称,再者,你还可以谈谈未来的生涯规画;但如果你是个社会新鲜人,就可
以谈谈在校时的丰功伟业。 比方说,今天你打算去应征行销的职务,你就可
以 说 ︰ I am dedicative and motivated. I worked on several major
investment & promotion projects with positive results and I have more
rich experiences in the government. I am now working as a general
director assistant and administration office director for communicating
and coordinating in an logistics company. (我有创意、又积极。曾负责数项
大型的行销项目,皆有成效。我现在希望在一家深具规模的公司内,担任有
挑战性的行销职务。)
问题二:Why do you think we should employ you?(你认为我们为何要
雇用你?)
雇主问此问题,希望你试图证明自己是最佳人选,并且测试你是否熟悉
应征职务的工作内容。 回答时,要迎合该公司对该职务的期望,不过切记别
给人狂妄自大的印象。假设你今天要应征机械工程的工作,你就可以说︰ I
think I am suitable for the position,not only because I have a masters
degree, but also because I have worked in this field for more than 3 years.
I believe that my experience can be put to use in further developing your
business. (我很适合该职位,不只因为我有机械工程学的硕士学位,更因为
我在该产业已经有五年多的工作经验,我相信,我的经验可以派上用场,进
一步推动贵公司的事业。)
问题三:What classes did you like best back in school?(在学校你最喜
欢哪门课?)
此时,雇主想了解你的学习能力,以及你有兴趣的专业课程是否跟工作
扯得上边;此外,个人在求学过程的好恶,会反应在不同的工作岗位上。 回
答时,一定要表示自己以好学著称,喜欢学习新知,尤其是与应征工作有关
的 课 程 。 假 如 你 今 天 要 应 征 会 计 的 工 作 , 你 就 可 以 回 答 Statistics,
accounting and calculus were my favorite subjects because I am good at
crunching numbers. (统计、会计与微积分是我最喜爱的科目,因为我对于
计算复杂的数字很在行。)
问 题 四 : What do you think are your greatest strengths and
weaknesses? (你自认自己最大的优劣势分别为何?)
雇主问这样的问题,旨在探知你是否有足够的自我认知,以及你是否是
该职务的不二人选。 在回答时,分寸的拿捏很重要,因为谈及优势时,不希
望自己听起来骄傲;相反地,把自己的缺点一一点出,又显得自己无能。 我
建议各位,不要否认自己有缺点,你可以提出一两个与工作无关的缺点,再
加上与职务息息相关的优势。 比方说你可以回答︰My greatest weakness is
that I value leisure time spent with my family and therefore I treasure my

问题五:What do you think are your strongest skills?(你认为你最强的
技能是什么?)
雇主如此一问,一想了解你的专业技能是否符合职务的需求,二是希望
更进一步地知道,你是否能够评析自己的能力。当回答这个问题时,一定要
针对应征工作的特点以及需要作答,这样公司才会认为你对他们是有裨益的。
假设你今天要应征客服人员的工作,你就可以回答 My strongest skills are
handling complaints with great patience. I think solving customer
complaints is a wonderful way to win customer loyalty, and I am happy to
deal with any problems people may have. (我最强的专长技能就是耐心地处
理抱怨,我认为抱怨是赢得顾客忠诚度的好方法,我也很乐意解决人们遇到
的问题。)
问题六:Why do you want to work for us?(你为什么想要替我们工作?)
主管问你这个问题有两个目的:第一,他们想要知道你对公司了解的程
度;第二,他们想知道你是否是真心诚意地希望替该公司服务。如果一位潜在
员工能够表现十足的向心力,愿意贡献,得到录用的机率相对就会提高。 在
到任何公司面试之前,一定要事前作好功课,对应征的公司、与工作内容要
非常清楚。提醒各位一点,如果你之所以想要某个职位,是因为薪水非常高,
千万别在回答时提到这一点,免得雇主会认为你眼中只有钱。你可以这么回
答 : Your company is a renowned leader in the industry and has high
growth potential. 贵公司是业界知名龙头之一,成长潜力十足。 I wish to
work for an established company where my talents and expertise can be
fully put to use. 我希望在一家深具规模的公司里工作,这样我的才能与专长
便 能 完 全 派 上 用 场 。 It seems clear to me that your company can
challenge my abilities and provide a good opportunity for professional
development. 我深知,贵公司能够激发我的才能,并且提供我专业成长的
好机会。
问题七:How much do you know about our company?(你对本公司了
解多少?)
其实,这个问题跟问题六有点像,旨在测试你对公司的了解程度,看看
你在面试前的功课是否有做足,如果你在两手空空、毫无准备的情况之下去
面试,对该公司与职务一无所知,当然被录取的机率就会相对变低。 在去面
试前,有一些功课一定要准备充分:第一,产业趋势与该公司在产业中的定
位,与该公司的基本背景与发展;第二,应征职务的内容,以及该公司未来成
长的方向。 如果你想应征计算机零件物流方面的工作,你可以回答: Ive
read the annual reports of your company of the past three years, and I
have come to realize that your company enjoys leadership in domestic
distribution of computer parts. 我阅读了贵公司过去三年的年报,我知道贵
公 司 是 国 内 计 算 机 零 件 的 物 流 龙 头 。 I believe that my management
experience will be an asset to your company. 我相信,我的管理经验对贵
公司会是项资产。
华为面试小技巧
1. What is important to you in a job? Mention specific rewards other
than a paycheck for example, challenge, the feeling of accomplishment,
and knowing that you have made a contribution.
2. Why do you want to work for this organization? Cite its reputation,
the opportunities it offers, and the working conditions. Stress that you
want to work for this organization, not just any organization.
3. Why should we employ you? Point to your academic preparation,
job skills, and enthusiasm about working for the firm. Mention your
performance in school or previous employment as evidence of your
ability to learn and to become productive quickly. If the job involves
management responsibilities, refer to past activities as proof of your
ability to get along with others and to work as part of a team.
4. If we hire you, how long will you stay with us? Answer by saying
along these lines: "As long as my position here allows me to learn and to
advance at a pace with my abilities."
5. Can we offer you a career path? Reply: "I believe you could, once I
know the normal progression within the organization. Can you tell me
about it?" The answer may be revealing.
6. What are your greatest strengths? Give a response like one of the
following: "I can see what needs to be done and do it", "I''m wiling to
make decisions", "I work well with others," "I can organize my time
efficiently."
7. What are you greatest weakness? Identify one or two, such as the
following:" I tend to drive myself too hard", " I expect others to perform
beyond their capacities", " I like to see a job done quickly, and I''m critical
if it isn''t." Note these weaknesses could also be regarded as desirable
qualities. The trick with this question is to describe a weakness so that it
could also be considered a virtue.
8. What didn''t you like about previous jobs you''ve held? Discuss the
things you didn''t like, but avoid making slighting reference to any of your
former employers.
9. How do you spend your leisure time? Mention a cross section of
interests-active and quiet, social and solitary -- rather just one.
10. Are there any weaknesses in your education or experience? Take
stock of your weaknesses before the interview. Practice discussing them
in a positive light. You''ll find that they are minor when discussed along
with all the positive things you have to offer.
11. Where do you want to be five years from now? Saying that you''d
like to be president is unrealistic, yet few employers want people who are
content to sit still. You might say, "in five years, I''d like to have my boss''s
job. " If you can''t qualify for your boss''s job by then, you may not be the
fright candidate.
12. What are your salary expectations? If you are asked this at the
outset, it''s best to say, "Why don''t we discuss salary after you decide
whether I''m right for the job? "But if the interviewer asks this after
showing real interest in you, speak up. She or he will probably try to meet
your price. If you need a clue about what to ask for, say, " Can you discuss
your salary range with me?"
13. What would you do if....? This question is designed to test your
reposes. For example: "What would you do if your computer broke down
during an audit?" Your answer there isn''t nearly so important as your
approach to the problem. And a calm approach is best. Start by saying,
"One thing I might do is ..." Then give several alternative choices.
14. What type of position are you interested in? Job titles and
responsibilities vary from firm to firm . So state your skills instead, such as
"I''m good at figure work," and the positions that require these skills ,
such as "accounts payable."
15. Tell me something about yourself. Say you''ll be happy to talk
about yourself, and ask what the interviewer wants to know. If this point
is clarified, respond. If not, tell why you feel your skills will contribute to
the job and the organization. This question gives you a great opportunity
to sell yourself.
16. Do you have any questions about the organization or the job?
Employers like a candidate who is interested in the organization. so this is
a perfect time to convey your interest and enthusiasm.

Q:Give me a summary of your current job description. ( 对你目前的

programmer for five years. To be specific, I do system analysis, trouble
shooting and provide software support. (我干了五年的电脑程序员。具体地
说,我做系统分析,解决问题以及软件供应方面的支持。 ) Q:Why did you
leave your last job?(你为什么离职呢?) A: Well, I am hoping to get an offer
of a better position. If opportunity knocks, I will take it.(我希望能获得一份

"glass ceiling" in my current job. / I feel there is no opportunity for
