Twin Rear Doors

     These back doors are commonly used on commercial vehicles，the hinges enablingvertical axis rotation angles of at least 1800 and up to 2700，in order to take advantage ofcomplete back opening width.

    These doors are usually made of two steel plates，with hemming of the outer panelover the inner and featuring drawn surfaces on the outer panel ready for cutting andinstallation of the window.

    The main properties that distinguish these parts from side doors are not only theheight，but also the hinge and lock systems，and the waterproof design of the triple node.

    Between the two movable parts，symmetrical or otherwise, a bulb weather strip isusually located，carried by the left half door, which is the first to be closed in the usualsequence. On the opening flange, another bulb weather strip is often snapped：in the triplenode，both weather strips are overlapped and for that reason a sharp thickness variation ofthe sealing package takes place, this discontinuity being the cause of water leakage.
