Employment: 61.3% Further study: 22.8% Unemployment: 6.7% TWO London University colleges tie for top place in the history of art table, with the Courtauld Institute boasting the better research record and University College rated more highly for teaching. Three institutions are considered internationally outstanding for research (the Courtauld, Cambridge and Sussex) but only University College and the School of Oriental and African Studies achieved maximum points for teaching quality. Oxford Brookes, which was only one point off a perfect teaching score and did well in the most recent research assessments, is the top-placed new university.
