　　We have received your letter of August 8th,concerning the credit standing of Delta in New York. In the past three years, the company has experienced a serious difficulty in finance and delayed in executing their normal payment. It seems to us that the company’s difficulties are due to bad management and in particular to overtrading.

　　Therefore, we would advise you to pay most careful attention to any business relations with them. However, this is our personal opinion and we wish you would make further inquiries on your part.
